Doors from here lead out onto an elevated open terrace which overlooks the pool area and has a spiral staircase down to the main level. There is a well equipped kitchen with a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker and oven.


To the outside of the villa there is a 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with large terrace and sunbathing area plus patio furniture with outdoor BBQ ideal for 'al fresco dining'. There is private parking within the villa grounds


The picturesque resort of Javea comprises of 3 areas, the Casaca Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques, working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade. For the most impressive viewpoint capture the panoramic views of Javea from the lighthouse at the Cabo de Nao - simply breathtaking.......
