The open plan living areas features modern well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave. The lounge and dining areas are stylish with large comfy sofas and for entertainment there is satellite TV, DVD, and broadband access. The villa is fully air conditioned.

The property stands on a 1900m square plot and as such enjoys a large garden with a lawn area to the rear as well as a natural wooded area. The property is completely enclosed and therefore safe for children. Aside from the 10x5m pool there is also a climbing frame, separate slide and 2 swings. For the most impressive viewpoint capture the panoramic views of Javea from the lighthouse at the Cabo de Nao - simply breathtaking.
