First floor, king size bedroom with ensuite 4 piece bathroom suite and patio doors leading to an outdoor sundeck. A set of bunk beds make up the second room with ensuite shower room on this floor leading to the sundeck area with fabulous views of the Mediterranean and Balearic islands. On the ground floor there is a king size double bed with ensuite bathroom and twin room with separate family bathroom. Both bedrooms lead onto the terrace. The open plan living areas features modern well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave. The lounge and dining areas are stylish with large comfy sofas and for entertainment there is satellite TV, DVD, and broadband access. The villa is fully air conditioned.


The property stands on a 1900m square plot and as such enjoys a large garden with a lawn area to the rear as well as a natural wooded area. The property is completely enclosed and therefore safe for children. Aside from the 10x5m pool there is also a climbing frame, separate slide and 2 swings. The BBQ is charcoal and suitable for large parties. There are plenty outdoor terraces and furniture and outdoor activity toys for your enjoyment.


Javea has long been called 'Amenecer de Espana' which means 'Dawn of Spain' as it looks eastward over the Mediterranean sea. The picturesque resort comprises of 3 areas, the Casaca Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques, working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade. For the most impressive viewpoint capture the panoramic views of Javea from the lighthouse at the Cabo de Nao - simply breathtaking.
