"Villa Mananitas" is a fabulous family home within one of Javea's most sought after districts boasting 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The accomodation set over 2 floors is excellently furnished by it's owners with all rooms being well presented and comprises of 5 double bedrooms, 2 with ensuite, a twin room plus 2 family bathrooms.

The main level accomodation features 1 master bedroom with ensuite, guest master bedroom with ensuite, 2 further double bedrooms with shared family bathroom. The kitchen is superb and modern providing all essential cooking requirements including oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine plus utensils and crockery should you decide to eat in. The lounge has Cable TV, DVD and CD for your entertainment and a separate chill out conservatory naya looking out onto the balcony terrace. "Wi-fi" access is throughout the villa (Own Laptop needed).

A separate self contained apartment provides another double bedroom, twin room and double sofa bed along with a second lounge, indoor dining and well equipped kitchen.


Outside the villa is set in large and extremely spacious private gated grounds with impressive 12m x 6m swimming pool surrounded by well kept landscaped gardens, palm trees and shrubery plus plenty of green grass, sun loungers and parasols. Outdoor balconies give spectacular mountain and valley views along with comfortable seating plus BBQ's for that welcomed 'al fresco' experience summer brings.


Javea has long been called 'Amenecer de Espana' or 'Dawn of Spain' as it looks eastward over the Mediterranean sea. The picturesque resort comprises 3 areas, the Casaca Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques, the working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade. For the most impressive viewpoint capture the panoramic views of Javea from the lighthouse at the Cabo de Nao - simply breathtaking.
