The villa is a short distance walk to local amenities and is within easy reach of the port, arenal beach, promenade, unspoilt coves and bustling town.

"Villa Portichol" is situated in the Portichol area of Javea with it's beach a short walk away. The accomodation sleeps 14 people comfortably and comprises of 7 bedrooms over 2 floors with the downstairs area recently refurbished and self contained so perfect for extended families.

The first level consists of 3 twin bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room and 1 double bedroom and bathroom suite. There is a well equipped kitchen with that all important dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer and full supply of crockery and utensils. The upstairs balcony has extensive views including the sea along with outdoor patio furniture. The main living areas and lovely naya offer comfortable and relaxing places to unwind and dine. Satellite tv and surround sound dvd system plus internet access are for entertainment.

The lower floor has 3 further bedrooms, a double and 2 twins plus bathroom. The kitchen and lounge diner are open plan and come well equipped for second families who may want some privacy. There is a further washing machine, oven, hob, fridge and freezer here.


To the outside there is a beautiful 10m x 5m swimming pool with ample sun loungers to capture the suns rays and also plenty outdoor furniture for dining 'al fresco' BBQ style.


Javea has long been called 'Amenecer de Espana' or 'Dawn of Spain' as it looks eastward over the Mediterranean sea. The picturesque resort comprises 3 areas, the Casaca Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques, the working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade. For the most impressive viewpoint capture the panoramic views of Javea from the lighthouse at the Cabo de Nao - simply breathtaking.
