"Vista de Vinas" is a spacious, south facing 4 bedroom villa with a private floodlit pool, located within easy access of Javea, Moraira and Benitachell. The villa has uninterrupted views of a vine clad valley, down towards the sea and over to the floodlit church in the village of Benitachell. The owners also have a 3 bedroom villa close by enabling parties of up to 14 to be catered for.

Property description

"Vista de Vinas" is a splendid 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa that can accommodate 8 people plus a cot in complete comfort. This is a spacious luxury villa with its own private floodlit pool (9m. x 4m). The property is south facing, with uninterrupted panoramic views over a vine clad valley, down towards the sea and over to the floodlit church in the village of Benitachell The villa is quietly situated on a large private plot on the edge of a select development and only about forty five minutes drive from the airport at Alicante and a little more from Valencia.


The accommodation consists of a light and spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV (mainly Spanish but with a few UK channels), a DVD player & a CD music system. there is a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave etc. Bedroom accommodation includes one double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, plus two twin bedded rooms, one with en-suite shower room and a family bathroom with separate shower. There is a separate entrance to fourth bedroom with double bed and en-suite toilet and wash basin. (Ideal as a granny flat or for teenagers!!).

Linen and towels are included but towels for beach/pool will be required. Linen is changed after 1st week.

Some of the best features of the villa are the covered and open terraces - or "Naya" - with patio table and chairs, providing guests with the option of sunshine or shade. There is also a great first floor balcony.


To the outside of the property there is a 9 metre x 4 metre floodlit pool with Roman steps and a Dolphin design to the bottom. The villa is set within attractive gardens with fabulous views, sun terraces with sunbeds plus a built in BBQ. The large terraces surrounding the pool have ample sun beds and terrace furniture for that all important "al fresco" dining. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

The villa is close to Javea Golf Club and only 30 minutes drive to Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar theme parks in Benidorm. "Vista de Vinas" is located in a peaceful setting and yet is only 8 to 10 minutes drive from the many beaches and restaurants at Javea and Moraira. One restaurant within easy walking distance and others nearby.

A car is highly recommended and ample parking is provided.
