The location is enviable as it is only 10 mins to Murica airport and 5 mins to the main AP-7 motorway which runs from Cartagena to Alicante and means only 40 mins drive to Alicante airport aswell.
The beautiful Mar menor boasts many blue flag beaches that are very safe for the whole family. The Mar Menor is a land locked lagoon ( well almost aprt from the iopening onto the Med. At La Manga strip ) which is only 20 ft or so at its deepest point. You can walk out almost a mile in some spots and the water is just above your waist, there are no under-currents so it?s really a very safe place to bathe. There are jelly fish nets up aswell so you don?t get stung in Jellyfish season. Altogether it is a very safe clean area for all the family to enjoy in the gorgeous sun drenched Costa Blanca.
There are over 10 golf courses that are within 15 mins driving range of the property so it is ideal for a group of golfers that want to be close to all amenities and be very close to the beach and motorway at the same time.
