The villa is superbly located and is within walking distance of the beautiful "Mar Menor" beaches and a plethora of shops, bars and restaurants. The villa accommodates 8 people in comfort.

Property description

This well presented 4 bedroom 2 bathroom modern mid terraced townhouse is on 3 floors and is located in a quiet Spanish cul-de-sac, making it ideal for a larger family. It has 2 double bedrooms on the first floor with a full bathroom and 2 smaller single bedrooms on the top floor with a shower-room. All rooms have bedding and pillows. It is possible to sleep 8 or more people especially if downstairs is used.


There is a parking space at the front and a pool and patio area in the back. See pictures below of front and back of property. The pool is closed for the winter months (November to March) but is maintained throughout the rest of the year.

The house has a gas cooker using butane gas and a boiler for instant hot water. The gas bottles are very very economical and cost only €10 per bottle. There is English TV and a DVD player and stereo. All other mod cons come as standard aswell including a separate washer and dryer, Microwave and upright fridge freezer.

Casa Santiago De Ribera is conveniently located very close to the stunning Mar Menor and its many safe beaches (3 mins drive), and 1 mins drive to a brand new shopping centre which houses a multi screen cinema, restaurants and shops around 60 in total.

The property is in Santiago de La Ribera in San Javier (Murcia) and is not surrounded by urbanisations. The location is enviable as it is only 10 mins to Murica airport and 5 mins to the main AP-7 motorway which runs from Cartagena to Alicante and means only 40 mins drive to Alicante airport aswell.

The beautiful Mar menor boasts many blue flag beaches that are very safe for the whole family. The Mar Menor is a land locked lagoon ( well almost aprt from the iopening onto the Med. At La Manga strip ) which is only 20 ft or so at its deepest point. You can walk out almost a mile in some spots and the water is just above your waist, there are no under-currents so it?s really a very safe place to bathe. There are jelly fish nets up aswell so you don?t get stung in Jellyfish season. Altogether it is a very safe clean area for all the family to enjoy in the gorgeous sun drenched Costa Blanca.


There are over 10 golf courses that are within 15 mins driving range of the property so it is ideal for a group of golfers that want to be close to all amenities and be very close to the beach and motorway at the same time.
