This superbly located luxury apartment is only a short stroll to the new large marina, with its Super Yachts, lovely bars, shops & restaurants on the La Manga strip. The apartment overlooks the Mar Menor (small sea) and Marina to one side, and the Mediterranean sea to the other, enjoying spetacular veiws and sunsets. The beautiful quiet sandy beaches are only 100 metres away, while there are two pools and a supermarket are on site.

The area is a golfers paradise with a 9 hole golf course less than 1/2 km away, and over a dozen others all within very easy reach, including 3 Championship courses at the nearby world famous La Manga Club.
