The well equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and a toaster. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower room and bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom. There is also a safety deposit box, 2 sun loungers and garage parking.


Mar Menor is well known for its mild climate, sand sunshine in excess of 320 days per year. With the low humidity levels coupled with the mild climate. The World health organisation have rated it one of the healthiest climates on the planet, and also the safest for children. The Mar Menor became a natural lagoon the worlds largest pool), it is separated from the Mediterranean by a narrow strip of land only 14 miles wide called -La Manga del Mar Menor.


Tourist facilities include golf courses, a casino, a marina, restaurants, recreational centres, nightlife. Ideal for all water sports, windsurfing, snorkelling, scuba diving etc. If you proceed to the end of La Manga, you come to an area of canals and channels connecting the two seas. Here you can gaze upon the reed beds, where the waters from the two seas mix together naturally, and in the distance, the salt flats, a unique landscape on the Mediterranean.
