"Apartment Cumbre" is a lovely 2 bedroom property on the Paradise of the Costa Blanca,'La Cumbre Del Sol'. The beauty of the landscape inspires a tranquility that is not common amongest the coastal towns, although all are within easy reach. There are 2 spacious furnished bedrooms comprising of one double and one twin plus a bathroom with shower. There is also a well fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and freezer.
Located on the popular area of "Cumbre del Sol" which is a short drive from the beautiful town of Moraira with it's exclusive marina, fine sandy beaches, bars, restaurants and "chic" shops(For more information just click onto the "Moraira and Teulada uncovered")and is also within easy reach of the popular coastal resort of Javea and typical spanish village of Benitachell. Although the property is situated in a quiet residential area it is within easy walking distance of all amenities including supermarket, bars, restaurants, bank and chemist.
Arguably the best feature of the property is its close proximity to the huge communal pool area which also has both bar and catering facilities. Also there is a large patio terrace with outdoor furniture ideal for sunbathing and 'al fresco' BBQ dining.
The small, picturesque village of Moraira has grown over the years into a most desirable destination for the discerning. The impressive marina has become as much a feature of its sea front as has the ancient fort which guarded its coast. There is a choice of sandy and rocky beaches providing safe swimming for families and pedelos are available for rent, or snorkelling or scuba diving from rocks along the impressive coastline. The weekly Friday market has a huge following and there is a choice of other markets at other nearby villages and towns in the area.
Calpe is another coastal town with it's large sandy beaches, landmark attractive Penon Ifach Rock, bustling port and popular old town to explore just 15 mins drive along the main coastal road.
The bright lights of Benidorm are less than 45 minutes drive away as are the theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar (Sea World) and Terra Mitica, well worth it for a great family day out, as are the beautiful hillsides of the Jalon and Orba valleys.
