Property description
Montecala is situated in the beautiful and desirable Cumbre del Sol area of Moraira offering the best views of the coastlines anywhere. Furnished to a highest standard the accomodation comprises of 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 master double with TV and DVD and 1 twin with CD unit plus separate shower room and bathroom suite aswell as a double sofa bed allowing 6 people sleeping in total.
The open plan style kitchen, living/dining room is stylish, well furnished with a good supply of crockery, utensils, equipment, lamps, throws, pictures aswell as large TV with cable satellite with UK channels, DVD and CD system. There is direct access to the large balcony with uninterrupted views from the west facing sunny balcony allowing you to watch the sunset over the Sierra Bernia Mountains. There is plenty of room for the patio furniture including table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers to enjoy 'al fresco' dining too.
A beautiful double infinity swimming pool, outside shower cubicles, toilets, bar, cafe and entertainment area including gated children's outdoor play area is a ideal spot for people to meet up. During the summer months the pool is supervised by lifeguards. The local commercial centre is a 10 minute walk away where you can find shops, bars, restaurants, a bank and a pharmacy plus more are within a very short and easy scenic drive including the main supermarkets and popular town. Local Playa Moraig beach is where you can spend time swimming or snorkelling, exploring the caves or hiring pedalos. Umbrellas and recliners are for hire at the beach along with restaurant/cafe facilities.
Sky Satellite TV inc regular Football, Olympic and other sporting events are available all year round plus complimentray wireless broadband is available in the bar area, however clients are are required to bring their own laptop.
The small, picturesque village of Moraira has grown over the years into a most desirable destination for the discerning. The impressive marina has become as much a feature of its sea front as has the ancient fort which guarded its coast. There are a choice of pebble and sandy beaches along the impressive coastline and plenty of watersports to indulge in. The weekly Friday market has a huge following plus there are an excellent selection of pavement cafes and restaurants.
Nearby holiday resorts and other coastal towns include Javea, Calpe and Denia which have outstanding scenery and attractions too.
