This brand new apartment, situated in the beautiful Cumbre del Sol has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. It is furnished to the highest standards and comprises of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, American style kitchen, living/dining room, large balcony and air conditioning. The uninterrupted views from the west facing balcony allow you to watch the sun set over the Sierra Bernia Mountains. With the beautiful double infinity pool, bar, cafe and quiet beach for local residents you are guaranteed a relaxing break. For those looking for a more active holiday there are several golf courses, horse riding, watersports and the large sandy beaches of Moraira and Javea approximately 15mins away. The new commercial centre is a 10 minute walk away where you can find shops, bars, restaurants, a bank and a pharmacy.
The apartment has a large sunny balcony with plenty of room for the patio furniture and sunloungers. There are two stunning pools surrounded by landscaped garden, bar/cafe, showers and wc's. The larger of the two pools is in excess of 25m, ideal if you want to do a few lengths before breakfast. During the summer months the pool is supervised by lifeguards.
There is air-conditioning fitted in the living area and main bedroom. This is ideal in those hot summer months but it also can be switched to warm air in the winter. Cots and highchairs are available to hire if required. Wireless broadband is available in the bar area, however clients are are required to bring their own laptop.
The local beach is 1.5km away at the foot of the mountain. It is a small sheltered bay, perfect for swimming and snorkelling with a small beach bar and cafe. Slightly further a field, about a 15 minute drive away, you will find the large sandy beaches of Javea and Moraira.
