"Casa Manolo's" immediate neighbour is the first floor "Casa Carmina" which is a two bedroom property sleeping up to 4 people. These two properties can collectively form a "town house" style of property which can accommodate parties of between 2 and 8 people in comfort.


The accommodation consists of a main living room with comfotable seating and TV (mainly Spanish), a CD music player and a radio plus a well equipped kitchen and dining area. There is one bedroom, a double sofa bed plus a full bathroom. The apartment also has air cooling fans for the summer months.


The property is superbly located as it is within a short walk of all day to day amenities in the centre of Benitachell. The apartment has sea views looking towards Moraira which is only 5k away and a sun terrace.
