"Casa Rosita" is a well equipped air-conditioned property that is extremely child friendly with cot, highchair, safety plug sockets, toys, steriliser, and stairgates provided. The main living room has a lovely balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of the pool. Both air conitioning and air cooling are present plus heating in the winter months. The property is situated in a pretty, peaceful community consisting of only 18 bungalows. The bungalow's private terrace leads directly to the pool which has a private gate which can be locked, the community is also kept locked. Casa Rosita is for families looking for a villa especially with young children looking for safety and fun in the gorgeous area of moraira.
The property has 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 2 extra beds plus a double sofa bed allowing the property to sleep upto 8 people. A modern fitted kitchen with a microwave, hob, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine and all cooking utensils are there to use. There is a shower room downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. It has Sky satellite TV, DVD , CD and VCR players plus books, DVDs and toys. All linen is provided. The villa has a BBQ , table, chairs, parasol and sunloungers. A large communal pool with a large pretty garden is directly infront of the bungalow.
Moraira is a small and popular resort offering shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants, and numerous bars. All new and proposed building is subject to strict planning laws and is low rise. The town has retained its old charm of narrow cobbled streets to explore, a square offering shops and entertainment in the season, and newer pavement cafes with a port and marina. The marina is bordered by a number of cafes and offers the opportunity to feed local fish and sample catch of the day.
There is a weekly Friday market. The beach is wide sandy and well maintained, the water is calm and shallow, ideal for families. Sunloungers and parasols are available for sunworshippers. A play area is provided on the beach along with a small nature lake where you can feed the ducks. A small funfair is in the town.
