Property Description

This upper level apartment in Moraira is on a private exclusive development located to some walking distance amenities and is one of the best and most sought after urbanisations in Moraira within La Sabatera district.

The accommodation comprises of front covered terrace with an open outlook, an entrance hallway leading to two double bedrooms, both good sizes, 1 double and 1 twin room sleeping 4 and main bathroom with shower. There is a spacious fully fitted open plan kitchen with granite top work surfaces and integrated appliances including washing machine. There is also a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, hob, oven and microwave. The large lounge/diner with feature fireplace and a wood burner, lovely beam ceilings and two sets of double wooden doors opens onto a spacious terrace overlooking the gardens towards the pools.
For the warmer months there is air-conditioning plus heating in the winter. Wi-Fi and Satellite TV are provided, handy when 'not going out'


To the outside the apartment is set in well landscaped lush green gardens with a upper level picturesque outlook towards the 2 shared swimming pools ( adults and child)
A good selection of bars, restaurants and shops are a short 10-15 minute walk away and the main sandy beaches within Moraira's fashionable and sophisticated resort are within easy reach only 5 minutes drive.


The small, picturesque village of Moraira has grown over the years into a most desirable destination for the discerning. The impressive marina has become as much a feature of its sea front as has the ancient fort which guarded its coast. There is a choice of sandy beaches providing safe swimming for families and pedelos are available for rent, or snorkelling or scuba diving from rocks along the impressive coastline. The weekly Friday market has a huge following and there is a choice of other markets at other nearby villages and towns in the area. There are restaurants and bars to suit every moment including the best views or the sun setting across the bay to the Penon! The Jalon and Orba Valleys are just a half-hour drive inland and the bright lights of Benidorm with the theme parks of Aqualandia (Water Park), Mundomar (Sea World) and Terra Mitica (Theme Park) are just 45 minutes drive.

A quiet lovely apartment with all the facilities one could require. Secluded beautiful gardens to enjoy and two pools, which my children loved. We had a fantastic relaxed holiday here; exploring Moraira and beaches that are very nearby.
