Although the property is situated in a quiet residential area it is within easy reach of the town centre of Moraira with its fine sandy beaches and "chic" shops, bars and restaurants.

Arguably the best feature of the property its its 20 sq metre sun terrace. This south facing terrace has "Al Fresco" dining facilities and 2 sun beds. The apartment also has 4 chairs for the beach.
