The apartment has lovely views and is only 4 miles from the beaches of Moraira. Getting around is very easy as there is a train station (Denia to Alicante) close by as well as regular buses to Javea and Moraira.

The apartment has a very spacious main living room with a separate dining area, TV, DVD and CD music system. There is 1 double bedrooms and 1 twin room plus a sofa bed enabling the property to sleep 5 people in comfort, plus a fully fitted kitchen including washing facilities.


The apartment has many "home comforts" including air conditioning and a private balcony with excellent views


Outside there is a large communal pool plus a childrens pool. The apartment is also very well located for shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket.
