"Vistamar" is located on the popular area of "Vistamar" within 'Cumbre del Sol' and has terrific coastal views. Although the property is situated in a quiet residential area it is within easy reach of the town centre of Moraira with its fine sandy beaches and "chic" shops, bars and restaurants.

Cumbre del Sol is a community with well-stocked supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, bank, medical clinic (open 24 hours) and pharmacy. Tennis courts, horseback riding and a huge (100 m) outdoor community pool give you variety of leisure. Cumbre has its own charming beach - Playa Moraig.


To the outside arguably the best feature of the property its its 20 sq metre sun terrace. This south facing terrace has "Al Fresco" dining facilities with 2 sun beds and an outside table and chairs. The small and picturesque coastal town of Moraira is blessed with unspoilt scenery, subtropical climate, sandy beaches, impressive marina, architectural landscapes, local open markets, fabulous views and an excellent variety of local restaurants and bars.

Shorter trips can be taken to Calpe, Javea and Denia on the seashore or to Teulada, El Castell de Guadalest, Benissa, Jalon or closest Benitachell inland. All of these towns offer interesting activities, including Christian, Moorish, and Roman remains, museums, old fortifications, local markets and variety of festivals all year around.

The bright lights of Benidorm are less than 45 minutes drive away as are the theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar (Sea World) and Terra Mitica, well worth it for a great family day out, as are the beautiful hillsides of the Jalon and Orba valleys.
