"Casa Acebo" is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa that is located in the Valle del Portet which is just a short drive from the fashionable Costa Blanca town of Moraira. The "Casa" has recently been fully refurbished by its current owners. The property enjoys enjoys excellent views of the surrounding area which is pleasantly undulating and covered with orange and olive groves.

Internally the property is well equipped and incorporates a good sized main living area with brand new furnishings, a dining area, outstanding views and English TV channels. There are French windows that lead on to the "Naya" and down to the pool. There are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Outside, the villa has a brand new pool with excellent sunbathing terraces and plenty of poolside furniture.


Moraira is a beautiful village which has been awarded the prestigious EC Green Flag for its outstanding public hygiene programme. It is situated on the Costa Blanca cape that points towards Ibiza. Benidorm and the theme park Terra Mitica are 20 miles to the south and Denia is 15 miles to the north.


The lovely sandy beach of El Portet - it boasts the EC blue flag for cleanliness - is less than a mile down the valley from Moraira. The village, marina with yachts of all sizes and a larger beach are about 4 kilometres from the villa.
