Property overview

Casa Baladrar is another fabulous 3 bedroom villa just a short walk from the shops, restaurants & beach of Baladrar and only 3k to the main beach & town centre of Moraira. The Casa sleeps up to 6 adults has sea views and a lovely private kidney shaped swimming pool. There is private parking for two cars and has a large private sun terrace with sun beds and summer furniture to relax with. In the covered terrace there is a gas BBQ to enjoy the summer evenings.

Property description

Finding a lovely villa within walking distance of both shops and restaurants in Moraira is a difficult task. Casa Baladrar is however such a villa as it is only a 10 minute walk from either. It is also close to both the town centre of Moraira & its main beach. A car is therefore recommended but is not essential for this property.


The property is very well furnished and "built for comfort". It has a large main living area including most English channels on Sky TV, DVD player and a separate dining area. There are 3 good sized bedrooms and importantly 2 bathrooms. The standard of internal fitments is very high and this is typified by the fully fitted kitchen. There is also gas central heating for winter guests.


Outside, Casa Baladrar has an excellent balcony that overlooks the lovely "kidney shaped" pool and has some sea views. Here you will find an abundance of poolside furniture and a vast area of terracing for that "chill out" holiday. There is also plenty of secure parking.
