"Casa Cumbre" is an attractive and established duplex townhouse on Moraira's desirable coastline. The property comprises of 3 bedrooms and a double sofa bed allowing upto 8 people to stay comfortably. There is one twin room with 4 piece ensuite facilities including corner bath plus a bedroom with king size bed and another twin bedroom along with separate bathroom suite. The lounge area is well presented and very comfortable with Sateliite TV and DVD. The American style kitchen is modern and contains electric cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine plus full utensil range. A further dining area is provided.
To the outside there is a lovely secluded roof top terrace, perfect for a BBQ and 'al fresco' dining. There is plenty patio furniture and sun loungers plus breathtaking coastal seaviews to admire. There is a large rectangle communal swimming pool with close easy access from the property and exclusive to residents which is maintained to a high standard. The local beach is a 10 minute walk away.
The small and picturesque coastal town of Moraira is blessed with unspoilt scenery, subtropical climate, sandy beaches, impressive marina, architectural landscapes, local open Friday markets, fabulous views and an excellent variety of local restaurants and bars. The bright lights of Benidorm are less than 45 minutes drive away as are the theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar (Sea World) and Terra Mitica, well worth it for a great family day out, as are the beautiful hillsides of the Jalon and Orba valleys.

A cleaning and laundry fee are payable on arrival and costs 120 euros.
