"Casa de llaran" is a splendid 4 bedroom detached villa sleeping 8 people with private pool set in a quiet residential area close to Moraira town. 'Home comforts' include Freeview TV, air conditioning and central heating. The property is ideal for two families as the accommodation is very flexible and divides into 2 separate properties (no internal stairs) and has an excellent naya area, large grounds with stone BBQ and enjoys a seaview.....

Property description

The accommodation comprises of two levels which are linked by an external staircase. The ground level offers a lounge area with Freeview satellite TV and a well equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom, twin room with one fold up bed and shower room. The first level comprises of a double bedroom and twin bedded room plus additional sofa bed and separate bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The villa can accomodate 8 people plus a baby. The lounge enjoys a seaview, leads onto the outside naya balcony and has Freeview satellite TV. Hot and cold air conditioning is in both lounges and upstairs bedrooms.


Outside the villa is fully enclosed and not overlooked and has a large swimming pool with outside shower that is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace. There is plenty of patio furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ area plus an excellent open naya area with parasol for keeping in or out of the shade and perfect for dining 'al fresco'. Access to the naya can also be made via the pool and from downstairs.


The bright lights of Benidorm are less than 45 minutes drive away as are the theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar (Sea World) and Terra Mitica, well worth it for a great family day out, as are the beautiful hillsides of the Jalon and Orba valleys.
