To the outside, the "Casa" has splendid sea views from the roof terrace, a retractable awning for those who want to be in or out of the shade and ample garden furniture for dining 'al fresco'style. There is a lovely 8m x 4m rectangle swimming pool with roman steps and ladder plus sun loungers spread across the very spacious grounds and landscaped gardens which capture the sun all day.


The small and picturesque coastal town of Moraira has an impressive marina, sandy beaches, architectural landscapes, weekly open markets, fabulous views and superb range of excellent restaurants and bars all within a short walk away. The bright lights of Benidorm are less than 45 minutes drive away as are the theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar (Sea World) and Terra Mitica, well worth it for a great family day out, as are the beautiful hillsides of the Jalon and Orba valleys.
