"Casa Gee" is situated in a quiet location within the popular Moravit area of Moraira and yet the villa is only a 15 minutes walk to the town centre of Moraira with its plethora of shops, bars, restaurants and sandy beach. This traditional style villa has been newly refurbished and offers very spacious accommodation The present owners of the villa have furnished it to a very high standard. The accommodation is on two levels, with private parking for at least two cars at the entrance. The main entrance leads onto the spacious lounge and dining area. Leading off this area, on one side is the open plan kitchen and breakfast area, leading on to a shower room and double bedded room. At the other end of the lounge are a further two bedrooms; both with twin beds, and a shared bathroom.


The kitchen leads out onto pool area, at the rear of the property, which is bordered by conifers and is very private. The garden is very mature and planted with a variety of trees and shrubs affording a good deal of shade and privacy. The layout of the villa includes a tower section leading off the dining area, with a double bedded room and ensuite on the upper level. This provides access to a rooftop sun terrace, with panoramic views.


There is air conditioning to the main rooms and hot water is provided in unlimited quantity from a gas boiler, which provides central heating for winter lets. The villa comes equipped with English satellite TV, a DVD player, hob & electric oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, etc, etc. The villa is within a short walk of a selection of shops, restaurants and bars, with the resort town of Javea just 20 minutes away. Ifach golf course is a 10 minute drive away.
