"Casa Jean" is a private self contained 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa/apartment near to the coastal town of Moraira sleeping 4/5 people with many home holiday comforts including private swimming pool, wifi, satellite UK TV, BBQ kitchen and plenty of outdoor space to relax, unwind and stay in the sun all day. Picturesque Moraira town, it's sandy beaches and amenities are all within easy reach.

Property description

This lovely Moraira property and setting is on the 1st floor of a large villa comprising of 2 good sized bedrooms and 1 shower room. Both bedrooms have king size beds. Bedroom one benefits from valley views, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of draws aswell as easy chairs. Bedroom 2 can be made up as 2 single beds if preferred. There is also the option of a extra bed for a child and cot if required. The newly fitted bathroom is very modern with vanity unit, hydro-massage shower cubicle and toilet. The well equipped kitchen has been recently refurbished and has oven, hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and microwave plus a separate utility room with washing machine. There are also table and chairs here. A circular lounge-diner with prepaid TV (21 UK channels) radio/DVD and Wi-Fi with dining suite, table and 6 chairs, settee and armchairs makes it a well presented and comfortable well used area.

There are cooling fans in all the rooms and for the winter the villa has full gas central heating. All the accommodation is on one level.

The owner lives on the top floor of the villa only - with terrace, BBQ etc and carport at this level - opening on to a different street - not affecting visitors' privacy or pool usage. However on hand if required!


The apartment exterior has great outdoor space and after stepping down to the outside area you will want to spend alot of time here with lovely rectangle 8m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps,(for visitors'private use) large sunny terrace area with outdoor furniture and sun loungers/parasols plus covered naya, perfect for dining 'al fresco' style as there is a large BBQ kitchen and bar area.

NOTE: For extended families Casa Llaran and Casa Delphins are other villas across the road and next door from this villa so can accomodate a further 12/13 people totalling 16/17 persons if required.

The small and picturesque coastal town of Moraira is blessed with unspoilt scenery, subtropical climate, sandy beaches, impressive marina, architectural landscapes, local open markets, fabulous views and an excellent variety of local restaurants and bars. The bright lights of Benidorm are less than 45 minutes drive away as are the theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar (Sea World) and Terra Mitica, well worth it for a great family day out, as are the beautiful hillsides of the Jalon and Orba valleys.
