Inside, the villa consists of 3 good size bedrooms and importantly 2 bathrooms. There is a good size main living room incorporating a wood burning fire, satellite TV with a "Sky" package, DVD & VCR. There are dining facilities inside and outside the property. There is also a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen including fridge, cooker and microwave. There are electric heating fans for the winter and air cooling fans for the summer......


Outside the villa has its own pool together with full use of the main communal pool. There is also a nice sunbathing terrace with ample patio furniture and sun beds. Other "creature comforts" include a private garden with large patio, a built in BBQ and plenty of private secure parking.
