"Casa Los Pajaros" is a spacious 3/4 bedroom detached home. The villa nestles in an elevated position in the Club Moraira district of the fashionable and sophisticated coastal town. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with ensuite bath and separate shower unit, twin and single rooms with separate bathroom suite. There is a lovely lounge area with two and three seater sofas, digital satellite TV with english channels, DVD, CD player and radio, wood burning stove and french doors leading to the dining area. The well equipped kitchen includes fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven.
To the outside the villa is fully enclosed, is not overlooked and has a beautiful well kept garden including built in BBQ. There is ample garden furniture aswell as a covered outdoor naya perfect for 'al fresco' dining or reading that holiday novel. Sun loungers surround the pool to capture the suns rays all day and a balcony overlooking the inviting 8m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps and poolside shower. For a fabulous seaview over Moraira take to the rooftop solarium.
The small and picturesque coastal town of Moraira has much unspoilt scenery, a warm subtropical climate and many sandy 'blue flag' status beaches. It has an impressive marina, charming square, architectural landscapes including Moraira castle, weekly open markets and a an excellent selection of eateries.
