"Casa Pinar' is a desirable 4 bedroom Moraira villa situated in the charming district of Tabaira which benefits from many local amenities( 200 metres walk only) and is within good reach of the all that Moraira has to offer. The accomodation comprises of 3 double sized bedrooms all furnished with cupboards/wardrobes(one main room with air conditioning) all with twin beds and a single bed in the fourth bedroom. There is a main bathroom suite and separate shower room also. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with three sofas that provide more than adequate seating and has double dorrs leading to the terrace. The TV displays BBC, ITV and Sky, free to air, channels. A large ceiling fan provides refreshing ventilation, even on the hottest summer days. At the side of the main room is a separate sitting and reading area. The kitchen has been recently refurbished and modernised and is fully equipped to easily cater for up to eight guests. It is linked to the living room via an open arch and has an exterior door leading to the rear garden area. Appliances include a 5-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster. An automatic washing machine is located in an adjoining small annex and storage area.

A short flight of six steps leads from the path up to the glazed terrace and main entrance.


To the outside the villa is on an almost level plot of just under quarter of an acre which is both walled and gated. It is surrounded by a mature, well maintained garden planted with a variety of mature palm and citrus trees plus many flowering plants and shrubs that provide a high degree of privacy around the pool and sitting areas. The swimming pool has integral tiled steps and measures 10 x 5 metres. The maximum depth is 2 metres and minimum 1 metres. The pool area is walled and gated so small children can easily be denied access unless under adult supervision. A wooden pergola alongside the pool offers welcome shade during summer months. Those seeking the sun can choose to do so comfortably on a large selection of sun loungers and terrace furniture that are supplied for guests. A gas barbecue and stone dining table and benches are also provided.


The small and picturesque coastal town of Moraira is blessed with unspoilt scenery, subtropical climate, sandy beaches, impressive marina, architectural landscapes, local open Friday markets, fabulous views and an excellent variety of local restaurants and bars. The bright lights of Benidorm are less than 45 minutes drive away as are the theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar (Sea World) and Terra Mitica, well worth it for a great family day out, as are the beautiful hillsides of the Jalon and Orba valleys.
