The property is situated in a quiet location but with easy reach of the Jalon valley and the cosmopolitan Costa Blanca towns of Moraira, Calpe & Javea. The property has been furnished to a high standard by its current owners and is certainly not the normal "Moraira rental property". The villa is located just 800 metres from the traditional Spanish town of Benissa where all day to day essentials can be obtained. Just a few minutes drive away are the "chic" Costa Blanca resorts of Moraira & Calpe, while the beautiful Jalon valley is also close by.


Briefly, the internal accommodation consists of; two lounges, the largest of which has very comfortable sofas an open fire and satellite TV including English channels, a dining room plus a large and well equipped kitchen including a separate dining area and indoor BBQ. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 double and 3 twin plus one ensuite bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and a downstairs WC. The double bedroom and one of the full bathrooms are located on the ground floor making the accommodation suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. The two floors are connected by an indoor staircase.


To the outside, the villa has a splendid pool with Roman steps and very large sun terraces. There is ample terrace furniture for "Al Fresco" dining plus sun beds for that all important tan!! There is also an outside BBQ and roadside parking.
