Property overview

"Casa Suenos" is a fabulous 4 bedroom traditional Finca with private pool and set within spacious grounds. The property is situated within the "Montemar" district of Moraira and is only a 5 minute drive to the centre of Moraira and it's main beach.

Property description

This charming finca style villa, situated in an elevated position, occupies a peaceful location in Montemar, with close proximity to the sea and just a few minutes from Moraira town centre. The property consists of a 3 bedroom villa plus a 1 bedroom apartment. The "Finca" may be rented as a 3 or 4 bedroom property.

The detached Finca boasts open valley views from the Naya. The landscaped garden contains many tropical plants including; Aloe Vera's, Palms and Cacti, the largest of which provide some shade around the South facing secluded pool area. The private pool is 8 x 4m with outdoor shower and roman steps along the entire width of the shallow end. There are plenty of comfortable sun loungers and seats to relax on around the pool terrace, ideal for al fresco dining after making use of the large BBQ.

Casa Suenos has been furnished with comfortable furniture. The accommodation consists of 3 double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, 1 double bed, 1 kingsize with ensuite, a twin room, shower room and 2 WC's on the upper level of the property.

As you enter the villa through wrought iron gates and an archway, the front door leads to a large hallway which then goes through to a living dining room with fireplace and wood burner, tv, stereo system, DVD, books and games which then leads out to the open Naya and the lovely views. An ideal area to sit and enjoy a glass of wine as the sunsets. Also on this level is the traditional style kitchen fully equipped with dish washer, hob and oven, fridgefreezer and microwave. There is also a washing machine in the property.

The Naya leads to a short flight of stairs to the pool terrace and entrance to the separate self-contained apartment. The apartment which was completely refurbished in Spring 2005 consists of a kitchen with electric cooker, fridgefreezer and microwave, bathroom and double bedroom and WC.

The property is also close to both Moraira & Calpe's towns beaches & Marina. Most bars and restaurants are a journey of 2.5km however there is one 1km away and only 5 minutes from a large supermarket.
