Casa de la Flore is a wonderful Villa, set in a quiet location, yet less than a kilometre from the lovely village of Baladrar and only 3k from the centre of Moraira. The Villa is very spacious, has four bedrooms and comfortably sleeps eight adults.


Property description
The Villa is located a 5 minute drive from the centre of Moriara, which was a typical Spanish fishing village and still retains much of it’s village charm. There are three magnificent beaches along the 8 kilometre coastline; El Portet, L’Ampolla and Platgetes. Further along the coast 10 minutes drive from the Villa is the town of Calpe which offers a more lively atmosphere. In addition to these beaches there are many attractive rocky coves with crystal clear warm waters. Along the Moriara to Calpe coast road you will see many turnings down to small bays and coves. These are ideal if you want the sea but not the crowds.
Moriara is just a 45 minute drive from Alicante airport or 55 minutes from Valencia. The Villa is set in a quiet private road yet only 1km from local shops, restaurants and beaches and there is a golf course 2km from the Villa.
The property sleeps up to 8 people and benefits from very spacious accommodation. There is a very secluded and private swimming pool surrounded by spacious sun terracing and large well tended gardens with Table Tennis and a large covered sun terrace for those times when it is too hot to lay in the sun. There is a cleaning service plus twice weekly pool maintenance. All linen and towels are provided.
Need to know what is going on in the world? The Living Room is equipped with Sky Digital TV receiving UK Channels. You can also receive all other free to view satellite channels. The main living area comes with a wealth of facilities including; Satellite TV (including BBC), CD and DVD Player, Radio, Play Station, Table Tennis.
Briefly, the accommodation comprises; 4 Bedrooms, 1 double & 3 twin - all large and airy and equipped with built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets & Air Conditioning. Two also have ceiling fans. The Master Bedroom is at the rear of the house and looks out over the garden There are 2 bathrooms both with full facilities a large Living and dining area with seating for 6/8 and a well equiped kitchen including; microwave, Fridge, Coffee Machine, Iron,Toaster. There is also a washing machine, linen, a safe and heating for winter lets.
The Villa has a large garden with clearly defined areas. Outside covered Terrace with barbeque.Ideal for dining al fresco on those long warm summer evenings. There is comfortable room to seat 12 people here.
The Pool is very secluded and cannot be seen from outside the grounds at any angle. It is 8 x 5 metres square. At it's shallow end it is approximately 4 feet deep and approximately 5.5 feet at it's deepest. There are roman steps down into the pool from one end. There is terracing all round the pool with plenty of space for catching a few sun rays. There are tables and chairs in this area but please only use plastic glasses(provided in the villa).
