"Estambul" is a lovely bungalow, with sea and country views situated in a quiet location within the popular Moravit district of Moraira. With a beautiful large shared swimming pool amongest a small community of identical properties it is ideally positioned for a selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants that are within a 10 minute walk whilst the port, town and sandy beaches of Moraira are less than a 10 minute drive away. The accomodation features 3 bedrooms, one double room, 1 twin bedded room and an extra bed, sleeping 5 in comfort. The main living areas are open plan and cater for 6 people dining and provides a well equipped kitchen including oven, washing machine, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and enough crockery and utensils. There are some UK TV channels on the spanish astra satellite system.


Outside is a small balcony with panoramic country, sea and pool views and a kettle BBQ for 'al fresco' dining. The excellent large swimming pool has roman steps and outside shower facilities along with patio furniture. The bungalows are well maintained, comfortable and offer ample parking aswell as being close to many amenities.
