"Golden Valley" is a large 3 bedroom Villa with air conditioning that sleeps 6 adults comfortably. It is blessed with large terraces great for 'Al fresco dining' and a large swimming pool.The property can also be rented as a 3 bedroom villa by smaller groups. There are also 2 foldaway beds, so that 2 adults & 4 children could all sleep together in the main part of the villa.

Property description

Set on the shallow hillside of Moraira's “Golden Valley” this property sits in a unique and prestigious position. The villa stands detached in a large private plot with spectacular views of the valley, including a sea view and the countryside, which adorns this much sought after location on Spain’s Glorious Costa Blanca & is only a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at El Portet.


The sleeping accommodation is set over 2 levels, with the upper level comprising 2 double bedrooms - one which is en-suite. There is also a full bathroom on this level. On the lower floor there is a further double bedroom plus an ensuite bathroom. This area is ideal for use as either a "granny annex" or for teenagers who like a bit of their own space! All rooms are fully equipped, decorated and furnished to the highest standards, and all have wardrobe and/or storage facilities, the owners have left you wanting for nothing and have provided the very best in linen and towels.

Also on the upper level we have a fully equipped and spacious kitchen with fridge freezer, oven & hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, clothes airer, iron & board, and dishwasher. In the well appointed and cosy lounge we have colour TV equipped with Sky satellite coverage, a dvd/cd player, dining table which sits 6 & also a further table in the sunny Naya which also sits 6. The villa has a full central heating system and all 3 bedrooms are fully air conditioned.


To the exterior of the property we have a large and luxurious private pool with roman steps and outside lighting for those midnight dips! There are also landscaped gardens, ample terracing for sunbathing and dining “al fresco” with outdoor seating and table for your party and sun beds for that all important tan topping!! The upper terrace has several large & mature palm trees, which give welcome shade and can also be lit at night. There is also a fully equipped laundry room separate within the house.

Moraira is one of the most beautiful towns virtually untouched by tourism due to its unique coastal position...
