There is also a fully equipped kitchen area containing hob, oven, fridge/freezer-plus microwave and breakfast bar. The open plan living room incorporates a dining area, a sofa bed, TV, Video, CD music system and DVD player. The dining area has double door glass frontage onto elevated terrace overlooking floodlit pool and mountain views.

The lower floor accommodation comprises of one twin bedroom, a large lounge with double sofa/bed and a second fully fitted kitchen plus a shower/bathroom.


There are both front and rear terraces & gardens and ample terrace furniture is provided.


The villa is set in a great location as it is only 2km from the centre of Moraira and the main beach. Nearby facilities include golf, tennis, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The property has its own parking area.
