Air conditioning is in the lounge plus air cooling ceiling fans are located here too and in the bedrooms. Wall heaters are in the bedrooms in the cooler months along with log burner in the main living area.
To the outside the property is on a 86m2 plot with easy access to the large communal swimming pool and tennis courts as well as supermarket and restaurant in the lovely picturesque setting.
