"Villa Baladrar" is ideally situated within a quiet cul-de-sac and only a 5 minutes walk to the local picturesque beach of Baladrar and to local Restaurants, Bars, a Supermarket & Banks. There is also a local golf course close by (San J'Aime) and the larger beaches of Moraira, where there are plenty of water sports are just a 10 minute drive away.
The accommodation is arranged on 2 floors. There is a large driveway with ample parking for 2 cars. The pool is situated to the front of the villa, which is not overlooked and is surrounded by palm and fruit trees. You also have a Stone BBQ and food preparation area.

To the upstairs there is an integral living/dining area with SAT TV DVD and full air conditioning. There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The master bedroom has a queen size (2Mx2M) bed, sea views and an En-Suite. There are 2 further bedrooms - bedroom 2 (twin beds), bedroom 3 (double bed)- plus a separate bathroom.
Downstairs, there is a self contained apartment leading onto the Pool Terrace. With TV and DVD player, microwave, kettle, toaster and snooker/pool table. To one side is a lounge and sleeping area (twin beds - see photo). There is also another Bathroom.
To the outside of the property is a stone BBQ, a utility room with washing machine, the west patio with tables and chairs overlooking the sea and mountains. The private pool is a spacious (8Mx4M) with child safe Roman Steps. There are also ample sunterraces for "al fresco" dining, sun loungers and terrace furniture.
