"Villa Benimodo" is beautiful Moraira villa comprising of 5 double bedrooms, 2 of which are family rooms with a king size double and a single bed and space for a cot if required. It has 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite.
Recently renovated and refurnished to an excellent standard by it's owners the property has been given a full makeover and is tastefully decorated. All the new bedrooms featuring king-sized beds.
The 1st floor living room has an eye catching big screen 51" HD TV with over 200 UK channels and Wi-Fi broadband. Relax and unwind here with comfortable sofas and feature log burning fireplace. Dine in style and have dinner as a group in the dining area with an impressive full picture window view of Moraira
There is a spacious brand new modern white gloss kitchen with stunning marble work top surfaces plus integrated appliances including diswasher and washing machine in addition to microwave, oven, 4 ring hob. fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster along with table and chairs.
The large villa is spread out over 2 floors, with stairs both inside, and outside and with regret is therefore unsuitable for wheelchair users. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans are present in all bedrooms.
To the outside what a wonderful view to behold the eye of Moraira Bay. The private swimming pool overlooks the sea and is completely surrounded by full tiled terracing and has padded sunbeds, outside furniture, sun umbrellas and a BBQ provided. The garden aspect of the villa sits mostly on a sloping hillside. There is a private secure drive for many cars with security gates from the road. Moraira town centre, is about 3 or 4 Kms or 5 min drive to the free car park.
The small, picturesque village of Moraira has grown over the years into a most desirable destination for the discerning. The impressive marina has become as much a feature of its sea front as has the ancient fort which guarded its coast. There is a choice of sandy and rocky beaches providing safe swimming for families and pedelos are available for rent, or snorkelling or scuba diving from rocks along the impressive coastline. The weekly Friday market has a huge following and there is a choice of other markets at other nearby villages and towns in the area.
Calpe is another coastal town with it's large sandy beaches, landmark attractive Penon Ifach Rock, bustling port and popular old town to explore just 15 mins drive along the main coastal road.
The bright lights of Benidorm are less than 45 minutes drive away as are the theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar (Sea World) and Terra Mitica, well worth it for a great family day out, as are the beautiful hillsides of the Jalon and Orba valleys.

A £300 key/damage deposit is also payable. This is fully refundable.
