"Villa Cocons" is a very beautiful large detached spanish finca style villa sleeping 10 people in a peaceful and pleasant residencial area with panoramic mountainous outlook close to the cosmopolitan coastal towns of Moraira, Javea and Benissa.

"Villa Cocons" is a pretty and well established large finca property of size 250 m2 in the idyllic rural setting area of Senija close to amenities and local towns of Benissa, Javea and Moraira. There are two twin-bedded rooms, one of them ensuite with bath and shower room.


To the outside there is a wonderful sun drenched pool and spacious sunbathing area with plenty of outdoor furniture and sun loungers to relax in or out of the shade. To best enjoy the evenings why not light the BBQ for some great 'al fresco' dining and watch the evening sunsets.


Senija is a small village nestling in the hills of the Costa Blanca with a huge choice of typically spanish style restaurants and mediteranean lifestyle. Within easy driving distance of the pretty seaside resort of Moraira as well as the equally pleasant fishing ports of Javea and Calpe. The popular town of Benissa is 2km away.
