Villa La Laguna is in a great location in the Moravit district of Moraira. It is a 3 bed, 2 bathroom villa with beautiful secluded swimming pool & tropical gardens. Only a very short walk to Pepe La Sal and many bars and restaurants, it enjoys a fantastic open aspect and the owners have left you wanting for nothing....

Property description

Nestling behind luxuriant semi-tropical foliage, this villa offers a quiet, secluded holiday in lovely surroundings. Within a gentle walk are several shops, restaurants and a supermarket, with Moraira village around 2Km away or less than 5 minutes in a car. A car is not essential for many amenities here.

The villa entry is via a paved drive, from which steps lead up to a wide terrace area, well screened by trees and shrubs. Adjoining the terrace is a roomy "naya" (open fronted porch), which affords a shady area for out-of-door wining, dining, or just lazing around. There is also a fully equipped kitchen to make light work of the houshold chores - well there are always a few, even on holiday!!

There is also Air conditioning and English Satellite TV to keep in touch with the world - or not, as you wish.......
