If it's peace, tranquility that you want from your holiday then this is certainly the place for you. Villa Lascolana takes all your thoughts of back home away as soon as you enter the grounds, you truly have the feeling of being away from it all yet amenities are very nearby.
The villa has been lovingly restored retaining many of its original features. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end and roman steps into it, perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with stunning views. Outside has ample tables and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With three double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
The villa is only a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive into Teulada town centre where you can experience Spanish tapas bars and restaurants plus a weekly market selling local, fresh produce. There is also a lovely Italian restaurant which is not to be missed!
The first room you enter from the terrace is the huge naya which is used as the living/dining room. Here there are 2 large arched double doors onto the terrace. This is a beautiful room with open beams and original stone walls. From the naya is the very large, well equipped typical farnhouse kitchen, only restored last year. Also on this level are 3 bedrooms, 1 triple & 2 doubles (one large enough for a sofabed/2 x Z-Beds for the kids) plus a family bathroom with shower.
Upstairs is the very private master bedroom with ensuite shower room & its very own private roof terrace boasting breathtaking views of the countryside, you won't want to leave!
Directly to the front of the villa is a very lagre terrace & seating area. The grounds from the terrace to the pool area are laid to shingle and again the pool area is surrounded by a very large terrace, perfect for sunbathing and a beautiful spot for entertaining in the evenings! There is a small lawn area to the side of the pool.
