The twin room has a number of double wardrobes and separate shower room. The kitchen area and utility rooms are modern and come complete with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, etc. The main lounge has feature beamed ceilings, a lovely working fireplace and is very comfortable. Satellite TV, DVD, CD, Video player plus broadband wifi internet access are available to use.
To the outside the villa is very private and not overlooked plus stands south facing so benefits from sunlight all day with a shaded area for 'al fresco' dining. The 8m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool has roman steps and has a hot and cold outdoor shower and poolside lighting at night. The patio and gardens are landscaped with ample sun loungers and terrace furniture. The plot is flat with one step upto the main terrace so ideal for all ages. The blue flag beaches of Baladrar, Platgetes, L'ampolla and El Portet are closeby and a must for real coastal views and beachlife.
