"Villa Relajado" is a delightful two bedroom bungalow, located within a quiet area of Moraira yet within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Moraira town centre and main beach is just a short drive away. There is also an excellent communal pool and a lovely grounds incorporating gardens and terracing for that all important "al fresco" dining!!

Property description

This delightfully airy 2 bedroom bungalow offers spacious south-facing accommodation in a quiet suburb of Moraira. The small development is set around beautifully maintained gardens, a large communal pool and children's paddling pool (all 20m from the property). It incorporates a double and twin bedrooms, large lounge, sun room, kitchen, bathroom, outside seating and terraced areas with a private carport for parking. The charming fishing village resort of Moraira, 5 minutes drive away, is a well hidden gem unspoilt by high risers. Watch the boats come and go around the delightful marina, dine in one of the numerous local restaurants, wander around the shops & boutiques or relax on one of the 3 safe, sandy beaches. A mere 1/2 hour journey takes you to water and theme parks on the outskirts of Benidorm. Still not enough? Visit one of the colourful markets or partake in some of the numerous land and water based activities on offer (most within 5 minutes drive of the property).


The internal accommodation is as follows; Bedroom 1, enjoys valley views and has a double bed and built in wardrobe; Bedroom 2 has views towards the pool area, twin beds and built in wardrobe; Ther is a double sofa bed in lounge enabling the property to sleep up to 6 people; There is a full bathroom with full sized bath and shower over, wash basin with large mirror and WC;The modern kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge (small freezer compartment within), electric kettle, toaster, cooking implements and washing machine. There are excellent views up to pool area and open arch to lounge and naya areas; There are two main living rooms, the lounge is airy and spacious with high ceiling and traditional open fireplace. It incorporates 2 sofas (one a double sofa bed) and a breakfast bar as well as TV, DVD, and stereo for entertainment. There is also a delightful southfacing sun room/naya leading off the lounge which has panoramic views of the valley towards the sea. The Naya incorporates a dining table with 4 chairs and a single recliner chair. From the naya steps lead down to patio and terrace areas.

Villa Relajado has central heating available for winter lets. Electric fans are provided for each room. A high chair and cot can be provided on request for younger children.


Outside, the property incorporates two areas for sun beds and a delightful marble table with bench seating for alfresco dining. Four sun beds and a metal barbecue are provided for relaxation and enjoyment. The large communal pool with a separate shallow childrens pool are a mere 20m away.
Parking is under a private covered carport.

There are several pubs, 3 restaurants, taxi rank, supermarket and hairdresser within 5-10 minutes leisurely walk of the property. 2 crazy golf centres and tennis club with bar and restaurant are a 10 minutes walk. Moraira hosts a variety of land and water based sports with sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, go-karting, horse riding, golf, crazy golf, tennis and bowls all within a 5 minute drive of the property.
