The apartment is well positioned for the course and overlooks the pool area and 12th green from the terrace. It is a short walk to the sandy beach, shops and hotel facilities as well as being within easy driving distance to many Costa Blanca towns.
Property description
This apartment is stylishly furnished by it's owners and includes many must have features. The accomodation comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room & 1 twin room. A further bathroom suite has bath & shower. The large Lounge also has an L-shaped sofa bed that can sleep 2 further persons if required. There is a fully equipped American style kitchen and a smart dining area for 6.
To the outside there is space for 'al fresco' dining with private sun terrace and patio furniture, which is also ideal for sunbathing or enjoying the golf and mountain views. Within a few metres of the apartment is the garden and private large butterfly-shaped swimming pool, with separate childrens pool, which are rarely busy even in high season.
The resort has a mountain back drop whilst being located near a fabulous white sandy beach.
The Club de Golf Oliva Nova 18-hole course was designed by the Spanish Golfing legend Severiano Ballesteros and voted his best design by his peers. In addition to the Golf Course, the resort also offers:

The apartment is situated within secure, automatic gates, making the development an ideal, safe environment for families with young children. The Oliva Nova complex also offers a 24/7 security service and patrol.
The Hotel Spa has a gym, in-door heated pool with whirlpool, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Beauty treatment centre. The Hotel has a further large outdoor pool, with a neighbouring snack bar, restaurant and a barbeque area in high season. There are also aquatic sports, tennis and cycle hire available. The resort also houses a childrens play area, restaurants, bars, bakery, bank, boutique, supermarket, medical centre, pharmacist, hairdressers, and a laundrette. Nearby there are also riding stables, go-carting, quad bikes, fishing, diving, a magnificent marjal and Vergel safari park.
There is easy access to the nearby resorts of Denia, Moraira and Javea. The coast enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per annum with temperature generally no lower than 16 degrees during winter months. This is an all-year round resort with plenty to do whether you play golf or not. Valencia, Alicante, Benidorm and smaller historic coastal and in-land towns provide an abundance of sights and activities - or you can just relax at the pool or beach!
