The apartment has 2 twin bedrooms and a shower room. The open plan living area consists of a US style kitchen complete with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. The lounge has a TV, DVD, CD and Radio and opens up onto the terrace overlooking the pool were you will find ample outdoor furniture excellent for 'al fresco' dining BBQ style and sun loungers to capture the suns rays. There is also a shaded area for cooler moments. The apartment has it's own entrance and there is plenty of roadside parking.

Gandia is in the heart of La Safor district in the Valencian Community, a priviledged location between the sea and landscaped mountains. There are cultural and heritage areas to visit including the 14th Century 'Palacio Ducal De Los Borja' and the church in 'Placa Mayor'. The main attraction is the vast, clean, golden sandy beaches extending from the northern part of the port to the Vaca river. For the more energetic pursuits Gandia is a beautiful place for walkers and rock climbers.

Valencia airport(Manises) is 80km away and Alicante airport is 130km.
