The stunning views from this property are outstanding, guaranteed to take your breath away.
The property can accommodate up to 8 people, it has 1 double bedroom with en-suite facilities, 2nd bedroom with twin beds and so has the third bedroom. The lounge has a large pull out double sofa bed, comfortable seating, a dining area and TV (with English channels), a DVD player, Cd music system and a radio. The villa has a private garage and parking on the property. Lying in the district of La Safor in the province of Valencia, it has a mild climate that will enable you to enjoy a pleasant stay at any time of the year. All linen is provided and changed weekly.
A delightful drive through Orange Groves brings you to the Villa, which is as you know amongst the mountains. Remember those spectacular views? The Villa is between Valencia and Alicante and is a 15 minute drive from the bustling historic town of Gandia. Gandia truly boasts the best beaches on the Mediterranean and are proud of their award winning Blue Flag status. Along the shores you will find a charming fishing port, marina and Nautical Club. There is Windsurfing, Sailing, Fishing Trips, Swimming, Diving, Tennis, Golf, Cycling or just Walking. Gandia boasts stunning scenery of mountains and Orange Groves on one side and the warm Mediterranean Sea on the other. Gandia is a modern cosmopolitan city where you can buy almost anything in the wide range of shops. The villa is 5 minutes away from the village of Villalonga, where a variety of street café’s & restaurant’s are to be found. There is also a great Supermarket called “Mercadona” where you can stock up on all your holiday needs.
