This modern apartment sleeps 4 people and comprises of 1 double bedroom with ensuite plus 2 single beds with separate bathroom/shower room. An open plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven and washing machine and dining for 4 people. The lounge is comfortable with SKY Satellite TV plus air conditioning. Outside the apartment shares the use of a large communal pool were you can sunbathe and relax but it's main benefit is it's close proximity to shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket, town and beach.


El Barranco is located in Villamartin, a superb setting near the Villamartin Golf Course and the Blue Flag beaches of the Orihuela Costa. This area of the southern Costa Blanca enjoys a fantastic warm mediterranean climate renowned for it's sunshine and features many lovely beaches, coves and clean spring water. There are over 16km of stunning coastline. Nearby Villamartin Plaza offers a lively multicultural mix of bars and restaurants. The Plaza area has a lower and upper level(15 mins away) In this tropical setting you can have many enjoyable nights out in the open air. Los Dolsos comercial centre is 10 minutes walk away and has a selection of bars, cafes, shops and restaurants.


Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and is a beautiful Spanish town, boasting a marina, waterfront market, street entertainment, shops, numerous cafes, bistros, restaurants, bars, and a beautiful church square. The superb palm-lined promenade and harbour board-walk are the ideal place to go for that evening stroll.
The airports of El Altet (Alicante) and San Javiar (Murcia) are 45 & 20 km respectively.
