"Casa Catamaran" is a beautifully modern front line 3 bedroom townhouse with sea views in Torre de la Horadada located on the Orihuela Costa on the Southern Costa Blanca, Spain.

Property Description

"Casa Catamaran" is a modern recently renovated house on the beachfront at Las Higuericas facing the sand dunes and sea. The modern and stylish home is of excellent standard with some wonderful finishing touches by our owner. The accommodation sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms providing Two Queen beds (150x200cm each) and two single beds (90x200cm each). There are 2 bathrooms - one with bath and shower over and a shower room. The lovely well equipped kitchen has all modern appliances and complements the look of the house. The living room is large with comfortable sofas plus dining area and leads to the outdoors and is here were you will spend alot of time chilling and relaxing.

In our house in summer you do not need air conditioning, you have fresh air all day from the front of house to back. Its front beach first line.

To the outside there is a lovely garden with outside sun loungers perfect for capturing the suns rays. The terrace furniture is great for 'al fresco' style dining. A sunroom and solarium on the second floor has amazing views of the area.

Our owners have prepared the house so you can enjoy your holiday with total relaxation and soak up the sunshine rays and local area. We only ask that you take care of the property and leave it as found.


The house is located facing the dunes of Las Higuericas being made up of 1,405 meters and more than 70 meters wide. It is a secluded beach with promenade mainly composed of golden sand. Strolling through the sand reach the Beach Tower demolished with a length of 2.210m and an average width of 30m. It has a fine gray sand and swim in crystal clear waters. It is located in the Regional Park of Salinas and Arenales of San Pedro where you can see flamingos released.

The local area is quiet, ideal for families with bars, gardens, supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy. There is a golf course nearby for sporty golfers.

The area is very easy to reach by the AP-7 motorway, the A-7 and A-31.
