The villa is approximately 40min from Alicante and 15min from Murcia airports. 15min south of Torrevieja just off the N332. Detailed instructions will be sent with a confirmed booking.
The villa sleeps up to six in comfort and space in 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins. Bed linen and bath/hand towels are provided. This superb newly furnished, 5 year old, air conditioned 3 bedroom villa with its own mature garden, driveway and communal pool with childrens area. There is a tiled terrace to front door for "al fresco" dining, naturally shaded by your own palm tree. Open plan living room with two sofa's, English Satellite TV, DVD & CD music system. There is an American style kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine etc. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a twin bedroom and WC. Stairs lead to the landing and master bedroom with “King” size bed opening to its own balcony. There is also a second twin bedroom and a full bathroom comprising, wc., wash basin, bidet, bath & shower. further stairs lead to private roof top solarium for all day sunshine with panoramic views to the sea complete with sunbeds and parasol. The nearest beach is a mere 15/20 minutes walk from the villa where you will find various beach / watersports activities and refreshments dependant on season.
Bars, restaurants and shops are a 10/15 minute walk. There is a wide range of reasonably prices restaurants to suit most tastes.
Cabo Roig is one of the most sought after resorts and is known as the “Jewel of the Costa Blanca” for its blue flag beaches. The exceptional year round climate make it one of the healthiest places to live in Europe according to the World Health Organisation.
The area around Cabo Roig is known as Orihuela Costa. La Zenia and Campoamar both have beautiful blue flags beached and are situated right next to Cabo Roig. There are many beaches along the cost but Santa Pola may be worth a visit for the availability of watersports. The major towns of interest are Alicante, Cartagena, Orihuela, Murcia & Torrevieja. The Mar Menor where the famous La Manga resort is located can easily be visited for a days excursion. For skiers you can drive, about 3 hours, to the Sierra Nevada and enjoy the slopes.
