La Racoletta is a new luxury 2 bedroom apartment that provides a combination of old & modern spanish architectural comforts. At 83 sqm, this is a spacious but very "cosy" property with marble floored and sleeping 4-6 people. There are 3 different pools including one heated. There are also addtional water features around the home ornamented with lights, flowers and trees.
The apartment is decorated by the owner with love, expensive, tasteful furniture as well utility articles especially for the kitchen. Every room is accomodated with wooden French sliding windows. The floor window can be left open at all times due to opening to the 16 Sqm(from all sides covered but open top) patio like typical spanish innner courtyard which makes it especially romantic when a rain drops fall inside it!! A glimpse, though very slight over the palm tree to the Mediterannean sea from the sitting room/balcony facing that side.
From the apartment it is apprx 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. This is via a typical Spanish blue tiled path with trees and marble benches to sit on & to enjoy the Mediterranean of the Southern Costa Blanca.
