"Playa Flamenca Casa" is a comfortable 3 bedroom villa with private pool situated in the Playa Flamenca residential area 5 miles south of Torrevieja. This detached holiday home has spacious accomodation with many home comforts. Local amenities are within walking distance and fine sandy beaches are only a short journey away.

The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 double room, 2 twin rooms allowing upto 6 people, 2 bathroom/shower rooms and a well equipped kitchen including electrical appliances. The villa has been furnished and decorated to the owners personal taste and features air cooling fans, TV with english channels, DVD, CD music system and internet access on a 'pay as you go' tariff. Outside the property has a wonderful private pool,outside shower, spacious terrace area complete with own bar, BBQ, furniture and sun loungers in a enclosed area, sheer bliss........


This area of the southern Costa Blanca (the Orihuela Costa)enjoys a fantastic warm mediterranean climate renowned for it's sunshine and features many lovely beaches, coves and clean spring water. There is over 16km of stunning coastline and you are only a few minutes away from the beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima or Mil Palmeras – all of which have been awarded the European Blue Flag for excellence.

A short journey by car will extend to the these beaches and towns with a huge range of shops, bars and restaurants and if you have an eye for a bargain why not try Torrevieja on Market Friday.


The airports of El Altet (Alicante) and San Javiar (Murcia) are 45 & 20 km respectively. Benidorm, with its nightlife and the theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar (Sea World) and Terra Mitica are around a 90 minute drive but well worth it for a great family day out.
