"Torre de la Horadada" is a superior 3 Bedroom villa with a private pool, terrace and garden. The property sleeps up to 6 people with an extra bed and includes air conditioning and English Sky satellite TV. The villa is located on a peaceful urbanisation and yet is within a short walk of the main beach, village square and all amenities.

Property description

"Torre de la Horadada" is in a great location as it is only c:15 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport. It is also within a 10 minute drive of 3 different Golf courses. The villa has been tastefully furnished by its owners and benefits from being a very spacious end of terrace 3 bedroom house with good sized PRIVATE swimming pool surrounded by terrace / garden sunbathing area. Please note that the pool does not have a shallow end so care must be taken with small children. There is also a secluded back terrace with "al fresco" dining area, a family size BBQ and an outdoor hot shower.


The accommodation is set out on two levels. Downstairs there is a large well equipped kitchen and a spacious open plan living room and seperate dining area to seat 6 people. The lounge also has Sky satellite TV, a VCR and a CD music system. There is also a conservatory on the front of the house with a second dining table to seat 4 people. Downstairs there is also a double bedroom and bathroom comprising toilet, bidet, bath, shower, sink.

Upstairs, there is a double bedroom plus a dormer bedroom containing a 3/4 size bed and foldout chair bed if required. Both rooms have access to balcony. Plus shower room with washbasin and WC. There is a travel Cot is available if required.

The villa is situated opposite farmland giving peaceful outlook from balcony. The beach and village centre are just a 15 minute walk away, while there is a supermarket & restaurants within a 2 minutes walk.


Torre de la horadada is popular with Spanish holidaymakers and this, combined with the quiet residential streets and surrounding farmland make for a relaxing holiday environment, whilst the variety of restaurants & bars within easy walking distance and found in the local village square, beach front and village plaza allow for plenty of social activity. Throughout the summer months a local market is held once a week and there are plenty more markets to be found in all the local towns. The nearby large towns of Cartagena (30 miles) and Torrevieja (15 miles) are both easily accessible by car and with a variety of local beaches offering watersports and plenty of golf courses to choose from (including the world class La-Manga course less than an hour away) there is plenty happening to suit everyone!
